If your request is complex or we receive a high volume of requests, we may extend this period by an additional 60 days, and we will notify you of any extension within the initial 30-day period. 

There is no fee for exercising your rights. However, if a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, we may charge a reasonable fee or refuse to act on the request, as permitted under GDPR Article 12(5).

Black Hill Landscaping is based in the United States.   • Notify affected individuals without undue delay if the breach is likely to result in a high risk to their rights and freedoms, as required by GDPR Article 34. 

Notifications will include the nature of the breach, the categories and approximate number of individuals affected, the likely consequences, and the measures taken or proposed to address the breach.

While our website uses analytics and advertising tools that employ automated data processing (such as audience segmentation for remarketing), these do not produce legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.
